Sometimes, the way to reach your goal is with the help of an expert. This may be the case for someone who frequents the gym but still doesn't see results, or someone who needs the extra push, motivation, and accountability. 

SP.OR.T.S. offers personal training to clients of all ages and experience levels looking for an individualized workout regimen lead by an experienced trainer and physical therapist. Our clients will be prescribed exercises that are both safe and effective. 

About the Sessions:

  • Individual sessions and small group sessions are both available

  • Sessions focus on building a safe, effective and long-lasting exercise routine

  • Sessions are customized based on the clients' specific goals and expectations

  • Sessions are lead by an experienced trainer with doctoral-level education in physical therapy

  • Clients receive not only a prescription of exercise but knowledge of injury prevention and performance analysis

  • The initial session includes client evaluation and discussion of client goals and expectations. 


Training Schedule:
One session per day will be available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays starting at 7 am and five sessions are available on Saturday mornings, with the earliest session beginning at 7 am. Sessions are 30 minutes long with one-on-one focus. Clients have additional time for warm-up and cool down.

Single Session (30 minutes) -- $45

Three sessions -- $125 (8% discount)

Five sessions -- $205 (10% discount)
