We offer a variety of classes for strengthening, toning and cardio workouts. All fitness levels are welcome! Group classes & individual training sessions are 60 minutes.
MEET OUR TRAINER
Jocquel Skinner is a certified personal trainer at Sports and Orthopaedic Therapy Services, LLC (SP.OR.T.S.) He was born and raised in Saint Petersburg, Florida, and attended Bethel University, where he earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Business. At Bethel, he was a four-year starter on the football team as a defensive back. Shortly after graduating, he pursued a professional career in the NFL, playing for the Dallas Cowboys and the Detroit Lions.
During his athletic career, he battled and overcame many injuries. While being in and out of physical therapy, he found a passion for sports rehabilitation. Jocquel has been a personal and athletic enhancement trainer for the last three years, training both youth and adults. He plans to pursue a doctorate degree in physical therapy specializing in athletic recovery. He hopes to gain more knowledge to educate athletes on proper movement pattern along with excelling in their athletic performance.

Total Body Training
A low-impact strength class suitable for all levels! Our focus is on strength-building exercises targeting every muscle group to create lean muscle mass that will burn calories and increase your metabolism.

Meet and train with our certified personal trainer to develop a customized program designed to meet all of your goals. Sessions are 1 hour long. Packages are available for purchase.
