Why choose SPORTS as your place of employment?

SPORTS is a well-established independent private out-patient practice, established in 1996. We are a staple in our community and have won many awards to prove it, including but not limited to, Best of Bethesda and Best of Kensington. Our clinicians are clinical instructors for several universities such as George Washington University, University of New England, Howard University and Marymount University. Unlike most corporate owned / physician own practices, our therapists maintain the highest level of expertise in outpatient physical therapy, providing cutting-edge approaches to rehabilitation. We focus on improving our patient’s quality of life by helping patients reach their functional and personal goals, as we take an integrated approach in our treatments.

Interventions include various manual techniques to address bio-mechanical, neurological and soft tissue dysfunctions, along with prescription of therapeutic exercises to reinforce proper movement patterns, restore range of motion and strengthen muscle as needed. We also provide wellness and sports performance programs for athletes. Our therapists are focused on quality care by administering comprehensive evaluations that assess the primary injury and additional adjacent posture and structural problems. This approach helps reduce the potential for future setbacks, and our patients typically see better results in a shorter period of time.
