Free Injury Screening

 

Sports and Orthopaedic Therapy Services, LLC offers complimentary screenings if you have an injury and are not certain what you should do about it. The screening takes approximately 30 minutes and is followed up by an evaluation by one of our licensed Physical Therapists.  
 

 

The evaluation includes a detailed subjective report of your musculoskeletal complaints.  We will assess your movement impairments and discuss how this is affecting your activities of daily living.  In addition, an assessment on joint integrity, range of motion, strength, and flexibility could be performed. This will allow us to help guide your medical options.

Injury screenings are by appointment only and we will make every effort to schedule them within 24-48 hours of your initial call. Your screening will be confirmed within 24-48 hours. There is no cost associated with a complimentary screening. Screenings are provided by a licensed provider, however, are not inclusive of a comprehensive physical or occupational therapy evaluation or treatment
