Manual Therapy

If you are experiencing increased pain and stiffening in any of your joints and muscles, manual therapy is often helpful.

Dry Needling

The technique is used in treating most pain related problems from head to toe and from acute to chronic conditions.

Therapeutic Exercise

Part of the recovery process requires strengthening the weakened muscles of your injured or painful areas. This provides better support to the joints and prevents pain from recurring. Our experts have years of training in the use of gentle therapeutic exercises.

Used to relieve pain, improve circulation, decrease swelling, reduce muscle spasm, and deliver medication in conjunction with other procedures. Typical types of modalities include electrical muscle stimulation, ultrasound, heat, ice, and traction.
