Clinic Owner- Director PT, DPT, CIMT Karim earned his Master’s & Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees from Marymount University in 2004 and 2007. He is a Certified Integrated Manual Therapist (CIMT) and has worked primarily with outpatient orthopedic and sports injuries for the last 12 years. He has a postural-structural approach to treating all types of injuries of the spine and extremities and is committed to the success of his patients reaching their goals.

Owner/Clinical Director, PT, MA, SCS John received his Master's degree in PT from Stanford University in 1978. He was the director of DC's first sports medicine center and Chief Therapist for the Washington Bullets, Capitals, and Diplomats teams. He co-founded his private practice in 1987 and was the first Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist in Maryland in 1988. John is a clinical professor and an expert in Sports and Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy.

PT, ScD, OCS, FAAMOPT Dr. Kublawi graduated Marymount University in 1999 with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. He later completed his training in manipulative therapy through Kaiser Permanente Northern California Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship program in 2007. Upon completion, he received Fellowship status through the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT) and later became board certified as an Orthopedic Specialist (OCS).

PT, DPT Sheila Ziglari was born and raised in Maryland. Sheila received her doctorate degree in 2020 from Marymount University in Arlington, VA and has experience working with various orthopedic and neurologic conditions. Sheila is interested in receiving a certification in therapeutic yoga and Pilates.

PT, DPT Brendan completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from Saint Francis University in 2019. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from Saint Francis University in 2021 in Loretto, PA. Brendan has experience primarily in outpatient orthopedics and neurological patients. He is interested in improving his manual therapy skills through COMT and learning more about gait analysis.

DPT A Towson, Maryland native, Allan has lived in Kensington for over 10 years and has over 5 years of experience treating orthopedic conditions both outpatient and in the home. He graduated Howard University with Doctor Physical Therapy in May 2016 and University of Maryland, College Park, School of Public Health with a B.S. in Kinesiology in May 2008. Allen has completed Maitland courses in spinal and peripheral join mobilization, and in 2021 became certified in trigger point dry needling.

PT Tech Sigita was born in Lithuania and moved to Maryland in 2002. She studied at Montgomery College where she earned her PT Technician certification. She loves to help people and is always there to support her coworkers and patients.

PT Tech Jackie was born and raised in Maryland. She attended the University of Maryland College Park, where she obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology. She will be continuing her education and aspires to be a Physical Therapist.

John is from Bowie, Maryland and enjoys playing soccer. He majored in Exercise Science at Salisbury University.

Office Manager Ebony has worked with SPORTS, LLC since 2006. She formerly worked in an associated office for many years as patient coordinator. She is an excellent patient administrative representative with extensive knowledge of outpatient orthopedics.

Patient Coordinator & Marketing Assistant Jenny is the patient care coordinator and marketing assistant. She is the liaison between patients and Physical Therapists.

Patient Coordinator Nataly is the friendly face you will see at the front desk. She is the liaison between patients and Physical Therapists.
